Sunday 28 February 2010.  Rehman today attended the afternoon session of the party spring forum having campaigned in Gillingham on the Sunday morning, and all day Saturday. 

Rehman was on stage with the Shadow Cabinet, when David Cameron made his fantastic inspiring speech. Rehman commented ‘David’s excellent speech made it clear why our country urgently needs change, and it is the Conservative Party which can bring about that real change.  The residents I spoke to on Saturday and Sunday in Gillingham and Rainham certainly felt it was David Cameron and the Conservative party that can bring about this real change, in improving their quality of life’.
