Rehman is taking on the challenge of his eleventh half marathon in support of a local charity in September and is seeking your support to raise funding.
Medway Hospital Radio is to be the beneficiary of Rehman's next charity run and he will be entering the Fosters Law Kent Coastal Half Marathon on Sunday 6 September.
Rehman agreed to assist the volunteer run radio station after appearing on the radio station’s programme during Easter.
Operating for more than 40 years, Medway Hospital Radio relies on the generosity of the local community to keep the service running 24 hours a day.
The service helps patients at Medway Maritime Hospital through their stay, offering music requests, news and information.
Previously Rehman has run in support of local charities, including St Margaret’s Church roof fund, Gillingham Hands and Age Concern Medway.
In February, he completed the Headcorn Half Marathon in a personal best time of 1 hour 28 minutes raising nearly £600 for Take Heart Mercy Mission, a charity set up by Gillingham Football Club Chairman Paul Scally.
