Last Saturday (15 September) Rehman attended the official opening of the Bicentenary Bridge on the Great Lines.
The new bridge was constructed by the Royal School of Military Engineers (RSME) to mark their 200th anniversary in Medway.
He attended the event along with the Mayor and Mayoress of Medway and the Leader of the Council.
Rehman said: “I was delighted to attend the opening of the RSME Bicentenary Bridge, which marks the important contribution that the Royal Engineers have made to Medway.”
