Rehman raises constituent case in PMQs regarding cremations & burials during Covid-19

During PMQs this week, Rehman asked the Prime Minister to look into the anomaly between cremation & burial services during Covid-19.

The husband of one of Rehman's constituents sadly passed away and the family would like to hold a small church burial service with appropriate social distancing, but under the current guidelines this is only possible with cremations. Rehman called for this anomaly to be addressed so that families of all faiths who want to bury their loved ones in a place of worship are able to do so.
