Rehman has been working with Support our Soldiers, a charity set up in 2003 to provide support for members of the Armed Forces, to send donated parcels to Afghanistan.
Local residents have been packing boxes of supplies for our troops with items including biscuits, sweets, crisps, books and toiletries as well as small cakes, tined fruits and playing cards. If you are interested in packing a box please get in contact with Rehman’s office.
