Along with the Leader of Medway Council Alan Jarrett and Kelly Tolhurst MP, Rehman met with the Secretary of State for Health Matthew Hancock reiterating the need for Medway Hospital to have a Hyper Acute Stroke Service.
Rehman called on H.E. High Commissioner Manisha Gunasek at the Sri Lanka High Commission in London to sign the Book of Condolence following the horrific Terrorist Acts at Easter targeting the Christian community.
Rehman personally hand-delivered a letter from Head Teacher Mr Minchin of Robert Napier School Gillingham to Principal Mr Jennings of North Little Rock High School Arkansas connecting students and staff between the two districts, alongside Congressman French Hill.
Rehman welcomed Rhoda Deputy UAE Ambassador to the UAE to Gillingham Football Club to meet with Chairman Paul Scally and Club Sponsor Colin Jarvis looking at connecting football teams between the two countries.
Rehman visited Medway Hospital Radio at Medway Hospital and caught up with Eunice and Colin and hear about their work supporting patients at the Hospital. He also discussed the radio licensing issue which he recently took up with the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.

Rehman gave his support to Parkinson's UK at their drop-in and learned more about their campaign highlighting how the condition affects 145k+ people in the UK and their families, with approx 2 people diagnosed every hour.
Rehman held his regular MP Street Surgery in Parkwood shops with members of the local Conservatives team, including Roger Barrett, Jan Aldous, Nusrat Ahmed and Mark Joy listening to local residents and taking up matters on their behalf.
Rehman introduced Dominic Raab MP to the Gills FC and had a good conversation with Chairman Paul Scally looking at supporting grassroots football. He was also presented with a Gills FC shirt and wished the team every success ahead of their game against Peterborough.
