Rehman attended the National Apprenticeship Week Parliamentary drop-in showing the benefits of doing apprenticeships and spoke to young apprentices from a range of industries. In Gillingham & Rainham there have been over 5000 apprenticeships created since 2010.

Rehman met with Rev Nathan Ward Vicar at St Margarets Church Rainham and entertainer/educator Scott Humston  (Florida) to look at UK-US collaboration/exchanging ideas on tackling bullying in schools and young people's safety, as well as show them round the House of Commons.
