Rehman had the pleasure of visiting Gillingham FC's brand-new club brand shop on Redfern Avenue. He had a terrific time meeting fellow Gills fans, the chairman, Brand Galison, and Shanon, as well as the former chairman, Paul Scally, and club staff.
Rehman had the honour of being in Parliament for the first King's Speech in 75 years. He joined his fellow Members of Parliament in the procession to the House of Lords to witness HM The King's Speech.
Rehman visited the Royal Engineers in Medway to meet up with Col Dickie, and hear about all the fantastic work they are doing, including their community work.
Rehman planted a tribute in the Garden of Remembrance at the House of Commons in memory of all those who fought for our freedom & liberty from Gillingham & Rainham and who paid the ultimate price to protect us. He paid a particular tribute to the RSME Royal Engineers.
Rehman had the pleasure of attending Sunday Church service in Gillingham with Pastor Oni. Rehman thanked the church for a wonderful service and the invite to worship with them, he also covered his work of advancing International Religious freedom.
Rehman held an MP street surgery in Hempstead Gillingham, along with Cllr Roger Barrett and Martin Poter, to meet local residents, hear their views on national & local matters and to take up matters on their behalf.
